Description
The Allison 1000 in 2006-2019 GM Trucks often suffers from a stripped or snapped P2 planetary gear. This is usually a symptom of poor tuning, poorly built transmissions, shock load and high horsepower applications. Obviously, if that occurs, you're stuck. SunCoast, with their dedication to building robust solutions, has the kit for you. The SunCoast P2 Planetary fix is recommended for high horsepower applications, sled pulling, drag racing and heavy duty towing. This is one piece of a cohesive build for your transmission. In order to benefit from the P2, machine work will also need to be done on the P1 sun gear.
