Description

For those wanting to run some big meats on their Cummins, towering above the crowd, then this 8" long arm kit is right up your alley. Featuring progressive rate Pro-Ride Coil Springs and solid steel upper long arms and thick tubular lower long control arms. The long control arms reduce caster change through wheel travel, creating a more controlled feeling in the steering wheel, both on and off road. All four control arms are greasable for long-term performance. This 4-Link long arm lift kit retains the factory triangulation of the arms, as well, which adds to the stability of the suspension system. The dropped forged pitman arm and the track bar relocation bracket will maintain factory steering angles and properly center the axle under the vehicle. The extended bump stops and sway bar links will maintain the OE characteristics. A transfer case indexing ring and driveshaft spacer are provided for use with stock front and rear driveshafts. BDS has many optional accessories with this 8" lift kit such as a steering stabilizer, brake lines, traction bars, and shock options. They use a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for lightning-fast dampening and superior control. FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks - FOX 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both FOX and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and every BDS Suspension system. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shocks race products but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS-equipped truck, whether on or off the road. Important Kit Notes

Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4" axle models with dual overloads will require UBT4068.
Rear lift options will not fit dually applications.
If driveline vibration occurs, order either transfer case drop. NOTE: 122606 transfer case drop kit will only replace the OE bracket #52121938AA
102009 Rear brake lines will not fit 2012-2013 models.
Additional front driveline modification may be required.
Exhaust modification will be required for dual rear shock kit 122009.
2500 Gas models will require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on driver side for proper clearance when a transfer case indexing ring kit is installed

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.

While most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table.
