Zone Offroad 4" Suspension System Lift Kit 2017-2019 Ford F-250 / F-350

SuperDuties are well known for being a big truck. They feature a wider stance, taller grill, and just generally larger than the competitors offerings. Make sure that the stance of your SuperDuty matches the general size of the truck by upgrading it with a 4" lift from Zone to allow for fitment up to a 37" tall tire and increased ground clearance to set it apart from the crowd. This complete suspension system includes full length replacement coil springs designed specifically to offer improved on-road/off-road performance with the weight of the diesel equipped Super Duty. To maintain the suspension geometry with the additional lift, a pair of radius arm drop brackets are bolted into the factory frame mounts to correct the caster positioning. Steering correction comes from a forged drop pitman arm to improve operating angle while a massive 1/4" steel fabricated track bar drop bracket is used to reposition the track bar mount to re-center the front end and keep the steering linkage angles in phase for predictable handling. Also included for the front of this 4" lift kit are sway bar relocation brackets to correct sway bar operating angle, brake line drop brackets to reposition the factory lines, bump stop extensions to control suspension compression and new steering stabilizer mounts to install the Zone Nitro single stabilizer cylinder in place of the factory steering stabilizer. For the rear of this 4" lift system, a replacement block is used to lift and level the stance, and eliminate the need to stack blocks. These kits maintain the factory leaf springs and overloads so your truck maintains its tow capability. A 5" fabricated block has an integrated bump stop wing and bolts into place using a pair of extended black e-coated u-bolts. Due to the factory equipped 2-leaf main springs or a 3-leaf main springs w/ overload, Zone offers multiple rear box kits with u-bolts to fit your particular setup. NOTE: Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3/1/1999 with 5/8" track bar bolt head size. Shock Options - We offer this kit with several shock options: No Shocks: If you'd rather supply your own shocks, no problem, we give you this option. Nitro Series Shocks: Zone Nitro Series shock absorber offers stock-like control and performance with fully displaced valving for improved compression and extension travel. This vehicle specific valving is pressurized with 50 psi nitrogen gas; this gas charge ensures split second response and reduced aeration. Combine these features with the special Fluon-banded piston and this shock is built to perform! Fox Adventure Series Shocks: Built specifically to compliment your Zone lift kit, FOX's proven damping technology provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in a variety of conditions. Their monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration for fade-free performance in rough terrain.
