Description
Are you looking to do more than just drive to the grocery store with your Ram? Getting a lift kit installed is your first step to getting more clearance, bigger tires, and better performance. This complete system from the professionals at BDS Suspension delivers all the necessary components to lift the front of your Ram 4" and the rear 2.5" for a level stance and enough clearance for some massive 37" meats at each corner. The best thing is, if you choose to go with a new set of Pro-Ride Coil Springs you can keep proper lift height at all times so your ride is not only smoother but predicable. The front factory radius arms are relocated with a uniquely designed bracket that mixes the ease of installation you find on an adapter type bracket mixed with with the strength and durability of a full replacement radius arm mount bracket. The new relocation bracket ties into the factory radius arm frame mount and the side of the frame rail. At the frame, the mount is fastened with specially machined sleeves and threaded inserts. The threaded inserts (2) do require a minor amount of welding to provide the strongest possible connection. This portion of the installation can be completed without welding and then transported to a weld shop to be welded if necessary. In addition to the radius arm relocation, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and your choice of either NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks. No matter the choice, the ride will perform better and with increased capability. Time to upgrade today with your choice of accessories like steering stabilizers and adjustable track bars.Rear Lift Options: Coil Spacers- Feel like keeping your current rear coil springs? Choose Coil Spacers to keep the same factory ride quality and simplify the install. Coil Springs- If you're looking to replace, this kit comes with a new set of progressive coil springs which provide a great ride loaded or unloaded. These coil springs are built to handle heavier loads without the sagging and are shot peened to keep strength and wheel travel without sacrificing its own longevity. Shock Options: NX2 Nitro Series Shocks - BDS NX2 series gas shocks offer impressive performance on and offroad. They use a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for lightning-fast dampening and superior control. FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks - Fox 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both FOX and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and every BDS Suspension system. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shocks race products but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS-equipped truck, whether on or off the road. Steering Stabilizer Options: Single NX2 Nitro:Are you worried about your steering control? NX2 Nitro Steering Stabilizer is designed to be a high-end performance shock at an affordable price. Built with a durable metallic finish, a large fluon-banded piston, and self-lubricating seals this stabilizer is tough enough to last but tuned with vehicle-specific valving to give you amazing control. Built with both the morning commute and some light off-roading in mind, keep stress out of your steer and install one of these today! Single FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series: The FOX 2.0 IPF Performance Series Steering Stabilizer is made from the same base components as the 2.0 performance series shocks and is properly valved and pressurized to be the ultimate stabilizer. Internal IFP mono-tube reservoir gives superior handling on top of increased durability. Carrier Bearing Drop KitA 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height. Adjustable Track Bar Option: When installing a lift kit, it's important to keep the correct geometry for your axle and the rest of the suspension system. If you don't, you will be adding extra stress where you don't want it and it can start to wear down your bushing, ball joints, and control arms. Use adjustable track bars to keep proper alignment by centering the axle and giving you better handling on top.

About BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.

BDS LIFT KITS

While most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table. Some of our most popular products from BDS are replacement adjustable track bars and dual steering stabilizer kits that in many instances can be installed on a completely stock truck, or one that's leveled or lifted. Other popular "non lift kit" parts are leveling kits that include upgraded shocks, progressive rate coil springs, heavy duty control or radius arms, and even leaf springs.
