HUBB Lifetime Oil Filters are built like a tank but with a carbon footprint of a butterfly! These filters are made of the strongest alloys, fluoroelastomers, and threads with over two feet of media in each filter, it's simply a product manufactured to a higher standard. This is how HUBB offers a 100,000 mile warranty on all of their filters. Typical oil filters use a bypass valve that allows unfiltered oil back into the engine. The problem with that design is the filter is no longer filtering oil once it is in bypass mode. Q&A
- What kind of power gains? I would think this would be mentioned for 850 bones. Thats a lot of cheddar cheese for looks alone. Thanks.
- We are not tracking on HP gains with this manifold. It is more so a reliability upgrade. It will get rid of the crack prone plastic manifold that also likes to get caked with EGR soot.
- Can I use this in a gasoline engine?
- No, this is a diesel only treatment.
- Do you have to run cat filters or can you run Donaldson or anything else?
- You can run Donaldson filters on that kit as well.
- Will this work on a 2011 with the 2015 turbo upgrade on it ?
- This will fit your application.
- What happens with the sensor that is on the plastic intake?
- You will transfer the sensor from your OEM manifold to this H&S manifold. If you look in the picture, on the passenger side connection above the HSM logo you will see the port for a sensor. -Mark
