Instead of leaving the tailgate completely down, you can raise it to different angles to help contain bikes, equipment, and other long or oversized cargo while getting more usable space from your truck bed. The patented Tailgate Adjuster system uses hardened stainless steel chromoly arms for high-strength support and automatically resets when the tailgate is closed. Stainless steel hardware, a weather-resistant factory E-coating, and a black powder-coated finish provide added durability for regular truck use and exposure to the elements. Installation is a simple bolt-on upgrade with no drilling required, so you can add adjustable tailgate functionality without permanently modifying your F-150 or Super Duty. Each kit includes two Gate King Tailgate Adjuster arms, bolts, and an Allen wrench, and is backed by a limited 3-year warranty!

Gate King started with a problem plenty of truck owners know firsthand. Growing up riding dirt bikes from Northern California to the hills of Southern California, the family behind Gate King was constantly loading bikes and gear into the back of their pickup. After watching his sons rely on straps and tie-downs to make everything fit, their father had an idea: what if the tailgate itself could be adjusted to help carry the load?
