Zone Offroad 3" Adventure Series (UCA) Lift System 01-10 GM 2500HD / 3500
Description
Take your GM to new heights with this complete suspension system from Zone!
This Adventure Series lift systems is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms for the 01-10 HD trucks. The arms are made from 3/16" steel that is precision laser cut, formed and fully welded. Preinstalled Raybestos brand ball joints and rubber bushings provide an easy installation and long service life. The ball joint is repositioned to compensate for the added lift and maintain a neutral position at ride height. To complement the improved upper ball joint angles, the kit address the other area often ignored at this lift height - the CV shafts.
The Adventure Series kit for the 01-10 HDs includes a full differential drop system that relocates the differential down 2" for near stock angles at the 3" lift height. This is accomplished with a drop spacer on the passenger's side, two drop brackets for the front driver's mount and a integrated "half crossmember" for the driver's rear mount. A new different skid plate is included to protect the differential in its new position. The rear is lifted via a 2" block and u-bolts.

"I have had the 3� zone off-road lift kit on my duramax for a year and a half and the red cap on my upper control arm is gone. This thing just popped off and has been collecting mud and sut. I'm very satisfied with the weld quality on the upper control arm just apparently needed a screw on design instead of some glued or pressed on red cap."

- It says the recommended wheel size is 17 will I be able to fit 20x12 with -44 offset with 305x55r20 tires without any or much rubbing? It is on my 01 gmc 2500hd duramax
- You are definitely going to run into rubbing issues with that wheel and tire package. You would at least have to clearance bumper valance and probably rear inner fender well. DppSands
- I have a 2500hd gmc with Kryptonite control arms and a leveling key. From Center of Hub to bottom of Fender I have 25 1/4 inches will a 3in Zone lift me up any higher.
- Depending on your adjustment on the keys I would estimate the Zone kit is going to add .5-.75 inches to the front and 2 to the rear. DppSands
- I would like to get this Zone Offroad lift, however I just purchased factory height Bilsteins and do not need the shocks included. Is there any way to get the lift without the shocks at a discounted rate? Possible with shock extenders? Thank you
