Bring your GM to new heights with this complete suspension system from Zone.
The heart of this Zone Offroad 5" lift kit is a pair of one-piece 1/4" steel cross members combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles to create OE geometry for a quality ride. Also included are a laser-cut differential skid plate, differential support brackets, torsion bar brackets, sway bar links, offset rear 3" lift blocks, stainless steel brake lines, and custom valved shocks.
This system is designed to level the truck and has zero change to the vehicle's track width allowing for clearance of up to 35x12.50 tires. No differential trimming is required!
Carrier Bearing Drop Kit Option:
- A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier-bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.
Control Arm Option:
- Add on some new control arms which are direct replacements of the stock. These heavy-duty control arms offer improved suspension travel and ride quality over the factory control arm design.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 2015-2018 Models Only: 20" wheels can not be reinstalled due to GM changing the wheel thickness. The ID of the 20" wheels are smaller on 2015-2018 models.
- WILL fit RWD models, however the front differential related parts in kit will not be used.
- Frame bracket modifications required for installation.
- Modifications required for installation. See installation instructions for more information.
- Optional steering stabilizer (PN# 7103) only fits vehicles that came equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory.
- Stock 17" or 18" Wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2018 models.
- Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift drive-line angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
- With a 20" Wheel, 5"-6" backspacing is recommended.
- In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front drive-line vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual cardan style driveshaft.
