Description
Increase the performance and overall drivability of your factory GTP38 or TP38 turbo with this simple, effective upgrade....the Wicked Wheel2! Many 7.3L owners have complained over compressor surge from their turbo, and the original Wicked Wheel was tailored exclusively at eliminating this issue. Over the years of further testing and development, however, DieselSite now offers this billet Wicked Wheel2 that still helps to eliminate compressor surge, but also allows for an improvement in overall turbo performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This turbo has a standard right hand thread - meaning you turn the compressor wheel to the left to loosen. No need to torque the Wicked Wheel on. Simply snug the Wicked Wheel until it fully seats. It will self-tighten to full torque. The Wicked Wheel is balanced at the factory. Turbo balancing after installation is not necessary.

- That would work with the stock turbine wheel and shaft. There is no turbine manufactured that would go along with it. DppSands
