Its innovative 3-piece grille guard design combines a heavy-duty center section with bolt-on headlight guards to create wide coverage across the grille and headlights. A full punch plate grille adds an aggressive look while helping protect critical components like the radiator and grille from road debris, brush, and unexpected impacts.
Strength is at the core of the HDX design. Massive 2-inch high-strength steel tubing forms the wraparound wings that extend protection to the outer edges of the front end, while strategically placed gussets and reinforcements increase rigidity and help reduce vibration. On select applications, additional 1 1/4 inch support tubes provide extra stability for the outer wings, helping the grille guard stay solid in demanding conditions.
Engineered for durability and everyday use, the HDX Modular Grille Guard features a heavy-duty frame-mounted design with wide rubber push pad strips on the uprights for added front-end coverage. A polished stainless steel or black powder-coated finish with an electrostatic base coat helps resist rust and corrosion while maintaining a bold, rugged appearance.
