Each hub comes preset, pre-greased, and pre-sealed, so there is no need to set or pack the bearing before installation. The low-runout design also helps reduce unwanted noise and vibration while supporting consistent braking performance. Inside each assembly, Timken uses premium bearings with precision profiles, uniform internal geometry, and enhanced surface finishes to support load capacity and long bearing life. A premium sealing system helps keep damaging contaminants out, while the integrated ABS sensor is 100% tested to accurately monitor wheel speed for the Anti-lock Braking System. Timken also uses OE-developed testing to verify the design, materials, and manufacturing processes for consistent performance and durability. Each hub assembly includes wheel studs and is designed as a direct replacement for the correct application. Multiple hub options are available for Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty models, so be sure to select the truck configuration that matches your drivetrain, SRW or DRW setup, and chassis configuration. IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: Always tighten the axle nut to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque using a torque wrench. Do not use an impact wrench to tighten the axle nut, as over-tightening can damage the bearing.
