Transform your Ram’s suspension with the Synergy Manufacturing 3-Inch Pre-Run Suspension System, engineered for drivers who want improved ride quality, confident handling, and increased off-road capability without sacrificing everyday drivability. This complete suspension package delivers approximately 3 inches of lift and accommodates tires up to 37 inches tall, giving your truck added clearance for trails, rough terrain, and demanding outdoor use. Rather than simply raising the truck, Synergy designs the system as a matched combination of suspension components to improve suspension geometry, axle positioning, and overall performance both on and off the road.
The system features progressive-wound front coil springs manufactured using CNC hot-winding technology for balanced ride quality and controlled suspension performance. Heavy-duty adjustable upper and lower control arms, along with an adjustable front track bar, help maintain proper axle positioning and suspension geometry after lifting. The control arms are constructed from high-strength 1026 DOM steel tubing, while the rear add-a-leaf pack uses a progressive five-leaf design that replaces the factory overload spring to improve ride quality. Heavy-duty sway bar end links help maintain proper sway bar geometry, and rear lift shackles provide modest rear lift while preserving driveline angles. Synergy finishes its suspension components with an abrasion-resistant powder coat for long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
