Description
Restore steering precision and strength with the Synergy Heavy Duty Drag Link for 2003–2013 Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade when paired with the Synergy Heavy Duty Tie Rod (PN 8568-21), this drag link eliminates the weaknesses of the factory Y-style steering while maintaining proper geometry and avoiding the bump steer issues common with crossover conversions. Constructed from USA-made 1.5” x .250 wall DOM tubing, this drag link is built to withstand the demands of daily driving, heavy towing, and aggressive off-road use. Precision bending ensures proper clearance around factory axle brackets and compatibility with stock to 4” lifted trucks. For lifts over 4”, a drop pitman arm is required. Synergy’s forged single-plane tie rod ends eliminate unwanted movement and steering “dead zones,” delivering tighter, more predictable steering feel. The drag link is fully adjustable while installed thanks to Synergy’s double adjuster sleeve and pinch-bolt design, allowing easy alignment without jam nuts that can loosen over time. Finished with a durable two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat, this drag link is fully sealed from the elements and engineered for long-term reliability. Key Features & Benefits Heavy-duty 1.5” x .250 wall USA-made DOM tubing Eliminates factory Y-style steering toe change Single-plane forged tie rod ends for precise steering response Fully adjustable on-vehicle with double adjuster sleeve Pinch-bolt design prevents loosening and alignment creep Compatible with stock to 4” lifts (drop pitman arm required over 4”) 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling or modification required Fitment T-style (drag link attaches to tie rod).
