SunCoast addresses the weakest part of the 5R110 transmission with their 5R110 Billet Intermediate 99 Tooth Shaft for 2008-2010 Ford Powerstrokes. The Billet Intermediate Shaft is constructed from a special alloy that has been heat treated machined to larger circumferences to increase durabililty in critical areas.
