The SunCoast 68RFE 1700–1800 Stall 3D Triple Disc Torque Converter is engineered specifically for RAM 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 68RFE transmission. Designed, machined, and assembled in-house, this converter dramatically improves efficiency, torque transfer, and durability. Whether your Cummins is stock, tuned, or heavily worked.
SunCoast builds each converter to maximize acceleration, pulling power, and lockup strength from off-idle all the way to peak RPM. With today’s performance upgrades and heavy towing demands, the factory converter simply can’t keep up. SunCoast’s triple disc design provides the holding power, cooling efficiency, and long-term reliability that modified diesel trucks require.
For trucks used to tow RVs, equipment trailers, livestock, or daily-heavy loads, this converter offers a noticeable improvement in drivability, reduced converter slip, lower transmission temperatures, and smoother, stronger lockup under load.
Every unit is precision-balanced, hot-soak tested, and built using billet components to ensure unmatched consistency and long service life.
