The BillieBars Truck Bed Rack is the original American-made, tonneau cover-compatible bed rack designed to add versatile cargo-carrying capability without sacrificing access to your truck bed. Built to work with most roll-up, retractable, and tri-fold tonneau covers, these low-profile racks provide a secure mounting platform for rooftop tents, bikes, kayaks, MOLLE panels, and more. The crossbars are made from high-strength anodized aluminum, which won't rust even if scratched, while the dual-stage powder-coated steel brackets and stainless-steel security hardware provide lasting durability. Installation is straightforward with the included hardware and requires no drilling, allowing one person to install the system. The BillieBars rack is built for both strength and convenience, with an 800 lb static load capacity and 400 lb dynamic load capacity. When you need full bed access, the crossbars can be removed in seconds while the mounting brackets remain installed, giving you the flexibility to run the rack only when you need it. This system is not compatible with Carbon Pro beds. Available with 8" brackets providing 6.5" of underside clearance or 5" brackets providing 3.5" of clearance, the BillieBars rack offers a clean, strong, and adaptable way to expand your truck's cargo capacity while keeping the bed functional.
