The BOOST Products 180° Silicone Elbow provides a durable and flexible solution for creating tight, clean turns in your intake, intercooler, charge-air, or coolant system. Constructed from multiple layers of polyester-reinforced silicone, these elbows are designed to withstand the heat and pressure of demanding engine-bay applications while maintaining their shape. With a -40°C to 220°C operating temperature range, up to 140 PSI maximum operating pressure depending on size, and a firm 70±5 Shore A hardness, they offer the strength needed for performance applications without the cracking and deterioration commonly associated with aging rubber hoses. The reinforced construction provides excellent durability while still allowing the elbow to be positioned and routed where you need it. Sizes under 38mm ID feature a 3-layer silicone construction with a 4.3mm wall thickness, while sizes over 41mm ID use a 4-layer silicone construction with a 5.3mm wall thickness. Each hose is pressure- and rigidity-tested, giving you confidence in the product's construction. Available in multiple inside diameters, the 180° elbow is ideal for custom piping layouts, system rerouting, and applications requiring a complete 180-degree turn. Not rated for fuel or constant oil contact.
