Built with multiple layers of polyester-reinforced silicone, these elbows are designed to withstand the heat and pressure of demanding engine-bay applications. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 220°C and pressure ratings up to 140 PSI, depending on size, they provide the strength and flexibility needed for everything from street builds to high-performance applications. BOOST Products silicone elbows feature a 70±5 Shore A hardness, making them firmer than many softer silicone hoses and helping them resist collapsing or deforming under boost and vacuum. Sizes under 38mm ID use a 3-layer construction with a 4.3mm wall thickness, while sizes over 41mm ID use a 4-layer construction with a 5.3mm wall thickness. Each elbow is pressure- and rigidity-tested. Available in multiple inside diameters, these elbows are suitable for charge air, intake, and properly rated coolant applications. Not rated for fuel or constant oil contact.
