Description

A diesel engine relies on both engine oil and diesel fuel for lubrication, so treating only one side leaves part of the system without added protection. The REV X Diesel Gold Kit combines REV X High-Performance Oil Treatment, also known as the Original Stiction Fix, with Distance+ Gold Diesel Treatment to help clean, lubricate, and protect both sides of the engine. The oil treatment works throughout the oil system to reduce friction and clean deposits from components such as oil rings, oil pumps, bearings, HEUI injectors, and turbochargers without changing the viscosity of the engine oil. On the fuel side, Distance+ Gold adds the lubricity that today's ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel may lack, providing more than four times the minimum required lubrication while cleaning the fuel system, including injectors, pumps, fuel lines, valves, the fuel tank, and turbo. It also provides up to a 12-point cetane boost to support easier starts, smoother operation, improved power and fuel economy, while helping reduce component wear, EGTs, emissions, and exhaust smoke. The formula also provides corrosion and rust protection, includes an alcohol-free water dispersant, helps address issues associated with B5–B20 biodiesel blends, and can help keep stored fuel fresh for up to 12 months. The Diesel Gold Kit provides both treatments together for a simple way to support engine and fuel system performance, cleanliness, and long-term reliability. Choose between an 8 fl. oz. or 16 fl. oz. Distance+ Gold option depending on your needs. Distance+ Gold treats 25 gallons of diesel fuel per 1 fl. oz. of additive and is intended for temperatures above 0°F; REV X recommends Distance+ Winter for temperatures below 0°F.
