This upgraded electric-hydraulic pump delivers increased hydraulic pressure and PSC's exclusive Cylinder Assist software mapping to help improve steering response at crawling speeds and on the highway. Whether you're maneuvering through tight rock gardens, navigating rough terrain, or driving your Jeep daily, this kit is designed to provide more consistent steering assist and greater control when your build demands more than stock.
At the center of the kit is PSC's high-performance electric power steering pump, delivering up to 1,800 PSI compared with the factory system's approximately 1,450 PSI. The system also replaces the factory plastic return fitting with a stronger -6 AN billet fitting, addressing a vulnerable connection while providing a more robust hydraulic setup. A low-profile heat-sink fluid cooler helps manage temperatures during sustained steering loads, supporting consistent performance during demanding off-road use.
