Q&A
- How do I know if I need orange or purple clips? Neither clip on my truck now is those colors
- If yours is a 2001-2003, you would use the orange, if 2003-2005 you would use the purple clips. The 2006-2010 are all the same.
- What size are the connector threads? I have aftermarket AN lines so I would have to buy new connector fittings to go from thread to AN.
- The adapters are 7/8" - 14.
- Are these fittings on this cooler threaded in or soldered in?
- The connectors are threaded in.
- Got an O6 Allison with the stage 5 PPE kit. Would this be enough, or should I go bigger?
- That should be plenty depending on how much hp you have. If your temps start to get hotter then you would like maybe look at adding an Aux cooler under the truck with a fan.
- My cooler lines is a 3/4 inch line. Will this cooler be able to fit those lines?
- This would fit the factory 5/8 lines. Sounds like you might have aftermarket lines. Some of those kits have fitment issues with the direct replacement coolers. -Sands
