PPE Remote Oil Filter Mount Kit
Description
Planning on changing your oil cooler system? Make sure you get your oil filter mount where you can use it easier with PPE's Remote Oil Filter Mount Kit. While this sort of process is usually done for race trucks, it can do wonders for anyone who thinks of their truck as a member of the family.
Once you use this remote filter mount you will notice a higher flow rate immediately with it being also able to use a variety of filters like HP4 and HP6 racing filters. All ports are -12 ORB for easy installation with zero leaks. Two of the three inlet ports are plugged by PPE Neodymium-magnet-equipped drain plugs, which pull harmful ferrous particles out of your oil. For each service, just remove the plugs and wipe out the trapped metal. The mount kit also includes a 1/8” NPT port for an oil pressure/temperature sending unit. The mounting bracket can be mounted in four different positions to suit your application. Two threaded oil filter adapters are also included: 13/16”-16 (fits PPE Filters and GM filters) and 1 ½”-12.
