Pacbrake ALPHA HD/XD Air Suspension Kit 20-26 GM 2500HD/3500HD
Description
When your truck is loaded down with a trailer, tools, or cargo, the extra weight can cause the rear to sag and make the truck feel less stable on the road. The Pacbrake ALPHA Air Suspension Kit adds adjustable air springs to the rear suspension to help keep your truck level while towing or hauling. The added support helps reduce sag, sway, bouncing, and bottoming out for a more controlled and comfortable ride. Each kit uses double-convoluted air springs and is designed for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
Choose between ALPHA HD with up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity or the heavier-duty ALPHA XD with up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity and larger 7-inch, higher-volume air springs. Both are available in Standard, PRO, and PRO S configurations, making it easy to choose the level of support and features that fit how you use your truck. These air springs provide additional suspension support and do not increase the vehicle manufacturer's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR).
AVAILABLE OPTIONS:
HP10725 - ALPHA HD: Provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity with standard double-convoluted air springs.
HP10725-J - ALPHA HD PRO: Provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity and adds internal polyurethane jounce bumpers to help prevent bottoming out and allow the air springs to run at 0 PSI when unloaded.
HP10725-J-S - ALPHA HD PRO S: Provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity with internal jounce bumpers, braided stainless steel air lines, stainless steel air spring fittings, mounting hardware, Schrader valves, and roll plates for added durability and corrosion resistance.
HP10725-X - ALPHA XD: Provides up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity with larger 7-inch, higher-volume double-convoluted air springs for heavier-duty load support.
HP10725-X-J - ALPHA XD PRO: Provides up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity and adds internal polyurethane jounce bumpers to help prevent bottoming out and allow the air springs to run at 0 PSI when unloaded.
HP10725-X-J-S - ALPHA XD PRO S: Provides up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity with internal jounce bumpers, braided stainless steel air lines, stainless steel air spring fittings, mounting hardware, Schrader valves, and roll plates for added durability and corrosion resistance.
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
Compatible with models equipped with the OEM 5th wheel prep package
Does not fit Chassis Cab models
ALPHA HD models do not fit aftermarket Curt 5th wheel packages and require Pacbrake HP10152 2-inch Air Spring Spacers when the jounce cup-to-strike plate distance is greater than 7.5 inches
ALPHA XD Standard and PRO models do not fit aftermarket 5th wheel brackets that mount to the sides of the vehicle frame or Trail Boss and AT4X models
ALPHA XD PRO S does not fit aftermarket Curt 5th wheel packages or Trail Boss and AT4 models
ALPHA XD models do not fit when the jounce cup-to-strike plate distance is greater than 7.5 inches
ALPHA XD Standard and PRO models are not compatible with Pacbrake 2-inch, 4-inch, or 6-inch Air Spring Spacers
