To ensure quality, each axle is made to order and inspected to the highest quality standards of precision and reliability. Each component is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Each gear set is thoroughly inspected to ensure ideal tooth contact patterns and accurate rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds, for precise setup and long-lasting performance. To complete the upgrade, you can choose from Positraction or Locker options for enhanced performance. Zumbrota takes axle remanufacturing to the next level with a unique hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting process applied to both internal and external components, followed by a proprietary deep-cleaning method that sets the industry standard.
