Re-engineered from the ground up the XP line has real-time live feedback with motor temperature, load, and vehicle battery so you don't get in over your head. Plus, dynamic lighting on the winch changes color based on how the winch is performing. WARN's Zeon XP is the winch built for the challenges you shouldn't have accepted... but are glad you did.This winch not only performs well through its three stage planetary gear train, new motor and motor housing design, improved sealing, and automatic mechanical brake, but has stellar looks that don't make you ashamed of running a winch off the front of your rig. Engineered, tested, and assembled in the USA. New high-performance, high-efficiency motor, and geartrain deliver blazing fast no-load line speeds of up to 40 ft/min—the fastest in its class. Reliable waterproof construction features o-ring rubber sealing. The entire winch is IP68 submersion and IP69K high pressure spray rated. Upgraded, corrosion resistant black fasteners and new, UV resistant bus bar covers meet the highest OEM-gradespecifications. Full metal armor protects components from impact and damage. WARN Spydura synthetic rope is strong, lightweight, and easy to handle with heat-resistant inner wraps and abrasion sleeve. Upgraded black aluminum fairlead is made of forged aluminum, giving superior corrosion, impact, salt, weather, and UV resistance for long-lasting good looks. Available in 10,000 lbs, 12,000 lbs, and 14,000 lbs capacities, with synthetic rope, for a variety of trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs. Includes a durable waterproof corded remote with 12’ lead, and the HUB receiver for 100’+ range of wireless control, when paired with the WARN HUB app.

About Warn

Over the past 60+ years, Warn has become more than a winch and hub manufacturer, they have become the leader in manufacturing for a complete line of off-road equipment and accessories to improve the capabilities of nearly any four-wheel drive vehicle, ATV, and utility vehicle. Warn serves three distinct markets - Consumer Aftermarket, Industrial / Commercial, and Original Equipment. What this means is that not only does Warn produce top grade products for your personal use truck and ATV, but they also design and manufacture electric and hydraulic winches and hoists for commercial use, as well as build replacement components for the OEM market, such as hubs. Warn Industries was founded in 1948 by Arthur and Sadie Warn in order to create a business of converting surplus World War II Jeeps into dependable civilian vehicles. Soon after, Arthur engineered the locking hub, which would become an optional factory upgrade to some of the major domestic automotive manufacturers by 1954. Five years later in 1959, the Warn winch was developed, and it was the first recreational winch ever produced. Today, Warn has a complete arsenal of products ranging from winches and hubs, to fender flares and bumpers, to lights and recovery accessories for applications ranging from ATV's to military spec equipment.
