Synergy Sucks
"Poor quality products and even poorer customer service! Wouldn't recommend buying Synergy products even to my worst enemy. I bought their entire line up of steering components, and in less than 2,500 miles after install, every single Tie Rod Boot was not only torn, but failed as well. When contacting Synergy to get these Tie Rod Ends warranted, I was meet with NOTHING but a rude and know it all attitude from "Jade". I followed every single step that their Warranty process requires and proved that I was the original purchaser, proof of purchase receipts, 2 videos, and a dozen pictures. In doing so, this also proved correct installation of all parts and milage on their parts. Again, I say, I was meet with nothing but Combative, Argumentative, Rude, and a Know-It-All Attitude from "Jade". To sum it all up, SYNERGY DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY! I would also like to add that you would think for the price of this adapter slug, and the serious nature of it, that it would be machined from Billet Aluminum. Nope, just cheap steel with a cheap Zinc coating. SYNERGY = OVERPRICED JUNK BACKED BY A FAKE WARRANTY AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WHOSE NEVER TURNED A WRENCH IN THEIR LIFE TO TAKE YOUR CALL."
