"This product is a well-built product and does perform better than the factory ball joint style track bar. While it is a good product, there are some issues that need to be addressed to make it a flawless design. While this wouldn't be an issue for most, I found that welding the bracket in place provided better and more stable steering than driving with the bracket only bolted in. If one can weld or knows someone who can weld, I would highly recommend welding the bracket into place. Aside from that, the two main issues I would like to point out is the through bolt on the bracket side and the misalignment of the track bar to the bracket. The information of the bracket claims a factory 3rd gen track bar can be used with this bracket. While this is true, the bolt that is given with the bracket to be used as the through bolt is not the right size. The factory 3rd gen track bar uses a shouldered 16mm bolt but the one provided with the kit is 1/2". For someone who doesn't know this information, it will pose a big issue for them. The last issue I ran into was the bracket alignment to the track bar. After grinding on the truck per the instructions, the bracket still was out of square to the bar itself. Yes, it can still be driven this way. But, a better ride quality would be had if this misalignment issue was corrected. Based on other feedback and reviews, the misalignment is a common issue with this bracket. All in all, it is still a good product and does perform much better than the stock track bar design."
