Crafted from high-strength nodular iron, these HD knuckles are 100% stronger than OEM aluminum parts, providing exceptional resilience against impacts, heavy loads, and oversized tires. Engineered with increased material thickness, these knuckles reduce the risk of bending, breaking, and taper wallowing, while the black E-coat finish provides superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting use and simplified maintenance.Synergy’s HD knuckles are a direct bolt-on replacement compatible with OEM brake rotors, calipers, and wheel bearings, preserving original steering geometry to maintain a tight, responsive feel. For off-road enthusiasts, the high steer configuration raises or “flips” the drag link, improving roll center and steering geometry, which enhances drivability on and off-road. Adjustable steering stops allow you to maximize steering angle, giving you the maneuverability needed for the most challenging conditions. Specifically designed for both right-hand and left-hand drive Jeep Wrangler JL, JLU models from 2018 - 2024, and Gladiator JT models from 2021 - 2024, these knuckles are available in both stock drag link location and high steer aka "flipped" drag link configurations.
