About Sinister Diesel

Sinister stands for everything diesel and they have made a name for themselves manufacturing some of the highest quality diesel engine components in the industry. The Sinister Diesel brand was born out of an idea from the founders while working on one of their own trucks. What if they started their own diesel performance business manufacturing and selling high quality air intake, fuel, and engine components? That idea transpired into the Sinisterl Diesel we know today. In order to make sure that when you popped the hood, you could easily distinguish a œSinister branded part from other companies, nearly everything they manufacture is coated in their trademarked œSinister Blue. Whether you drive a Cummins, Powerstroke, or Duramax, they can outfit your entire truck with cold air intakes, fuel tank sumps, oil filtration, regulated fuel return kits, and so much more. If you're looking for quality performance parts at a great price, look no further than Sinister!

So far so good

"I was doing my head gaskets and was told I should think about doing my water pump too. I’m glad I did, my old pump though it seemed to still be working fine it was partially broken. All my gaskets I needed came in the box. Though like the other review mentions it would be nice if it came with the water pump housing because mine also was ate into pretty good. But the product is like described. I just didn’t read into it enough before purchase"

Great pump but it doesn't come with everything

"Pump works great thus far (installed about 1 month ago). I was missing several o-rings and gaskets for the water pump install. I installed the pump at a friend's house whome lives about 16 miles from the nearest parts store but luckily he had some o-rings laying around that we made work. I used rightstuff in place of the missing gaskets. The other problem was this doesn't come with the housing. My housing had some decent sized cavitation burns inside of it. I was able to use some JB quick and then sand it smooth. This wasn't ideal and we'll see how long it holds up."
