"I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I’ve been having def problems since putting this cap on my truck. I’m hoping I saved the system before having to replace everything. My tank is severely deformed from the vacuum created by having a non vented cap. Sinister should step up and handle problems created by this and should have known that the cap needs to be vented."
Do not use this cap, it is non-vented!
"This cap is non-vented so a vacuum is created while def pump is taking a suction on the tank. The ford OEM cap is vented. My tank collapsed and destroyed the pump. $3200 to replace entire Def system."
