"Over all. not too difficult, the only issue I had was the metal adapter end was a booger to put on. It was like the O-ring was a little too thick. My he-man neighbor struggled with it, but finally got it to snap into place."
"The installation was easy. You will need at least a 15 inch long socket extension to remove the clamps. Beware of any existing clamps on other hoses they will slice up your hands. Use lubricant on the O rings to slide into locking position. Make sure yo hear the click on the metal hose if you don't hear it, it will blow off and you start over. Don be afraid to push very hard to seat this. Looks great works even better."
"The price is good and the install is straight forward, only took about an hour and a half (would have been faster if I had all my tools). I did/do have a problem with this and I called the tech line about it. At about 15 psi boost, there is a whistle (which is obviously air leaking). The tech told me he had never heard of this problem and his only solution was to tighten the clamps. I asked him about the o-rings and he was like "yeah. . . . . I don't know" So I pulled everything apart and checked the o-rings, which look OK. After re-installing everything, I now have a whistle at about 18 psi of boost!!! I will pull it apart again and replace the main o-ring because I already changed the o-ring at the temp sensor."
