If you're rebuilding a 68RFE, don’t ignore one of its most overlooked failure points, the pump body.The RevMax ZeroFlex Billet Transmission Oil Pump Body fixes what the OEM never addressed: warping over time that causes erratic line pressure, clutch failure, and excessive heat. Unlike the stock cast unit, this one’s CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum, nearly three times thicker, and stays perfectly flat, within .0003” even under extreme conditions. RevMax also re-engineered the oil channels for better flow and built the pump to work with any OEM or aftermarket stator assembly. It’s a direct fit for 2007.5–2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins 68RFE transmissions and requires no core.If you’re rebuilding or upgrading your trans, this is a must-have part to eliminate pressure issues and improve long-term reliability.
