RevMax offers two options depending on your goals: a modified standard high-pressure pump and the upgraded ZeroFlex billet pump body.The standard high-pressure pump is reworked with new valving and springs, giving it the ability to hit over 325 PSI with the proper tuning. While you’ll need a RevMax valve body to push beyond 175 PSI, this pump is built to handle serious power increases, though RevMax recommends a safe limit of 225 PSI for long-term durability. Every pump is vacuum and pressure tested for consistent, reliable performance.Want the ultimate upgrade? Step up to the ZeroFlex Billet Pump Body. Factory pumps are known to warp over time, leading to poor line pressure, clutch failure, increased temps, and even gear damage. RevMax fixes all of that with a 6061 billet aluminum body that’s nearly three times thicker than OEM, CNC machined with precision oil paths, and flat within .0003", so it seals perfectly every time.
