"I’ve had this resonator delete for over a year and the o-ring is shot already. Forums online will tell you the exact same thing. Thinking about going back to factory resonator seeing as it is much cheaper unless PPE offers an o-ring replacement option."

"Installed the resonator delete on my 3. 0 Duramax and it was a quick and easy install. Fitment was perfect and everything lined up with the factory piping. The biggest difference I noticed was the turbo sound. You can hear the turbo spool and whistle much more now, especially when accelerating, but it’s still quiet and clean inside the cab with no drone. The truck also feels like it breathes a little better and throttle response feels smoother. For how simple and affordable this upgrade is, it’s definitely worth it if you want to hear more turbo and improve airflow on the 3. 0 Duramax."

"I installed this along with an S&B cold air intake and they both have been awesome. The turbo sounds are fantastic. Installation wasn't to bad as long as you have some mechanical know how and follow the instructions. Its a shame you can't see more of this part when installed as the craftsman ship on it is outstanding. Would highly recommend this along with the cold air intake. PPE intercooler may be my next move, given the quality of this part."
"Quick and easy to install. The groove on the bottom was a little tricky to get aligned because it was tight like a Tiger. It does give a little more turbo noise, not much whistle but air flow noise. Still better than stock"

"The resonator replacement part delivers more air for sure. I installed it as part of a 3 part improvement. To let more air in you need to get more out so i also purchased the 4" PPE exhaust. I can really see improvement. I also have the cold air box on order to complete the system. Look forward to completing the package. The 3. 0L is a great little power plant!!!!"
