"This filter has the best features of any filter sold to fit this application. It is the only filter I have found that has an anti-drain back valve to prevent oil siphoning out of the filter during shut down cycles. Whether understood by the general consumer, it basically stops dry restarts after sitting for a few hours. Absolute game changer for engine life, coupled with the media filtering out particle size that other brands of filters are not capable of achieving makes this the “gold standard” oil filter for me. This filter is a premium product at a fair price."

Good for remote mount
"Used 2x for a '22 Ram 3500 HO. . no problems with fitment, albeit I am using a remote filter head due a compound setup. Now just waiting for an oil analysis to come back and will see if this filter doesn't any better than OEM."

"DOES NOT fit a 2024 Ram 2500 be advised. Also contacting PPE directly also useless. When you try to fit this filter it might even tear your intercooler boost tube boot/sleeve… ask me how I know"
Q&A
- Will this filter still go in and out through the wheel well opening or does it have to be lowered in and removed out from the top of the engine?
- These will still be able to go in and out from the wheel well opening.
- Will this filter work on the Titan xd 5.0cummins I presently use the fleet guard LF16035, that is for the ram 5.9/6.7 and it works great giving me much more filtering capacity
- Unfortunately, these filters will not work on those applications, they are going to be different. I do not offer an oil filter for the 5.0 Cummins platforms.
- Will this work on a stock 06 5.9?
- Yes, these will be a direct replacement for those applications, these will not need any further modifications for install.
