Overview
Specially engineered to minimize friction and maximize lubrication. Keep your RAM front differential running cool and clean with an upgraded cover from PPE. Made from heavy-duty cast A356.0-T6 aluminum for strength and optimum heat dissipation. Increased fluid capacity provides increased thermal stamina.
This thick cover is equipped with specially designed internal heat sinks and external cooling fins which increase the pan’s surface area helping dissipate heat. This keeps your differential oil running cooler, the oil will keep its viscosity which helps extend differential service life.
To help keep fluid cleaner, PPE includes our exclusive fill plug featuring a high-power Neodymium magnet-equipped fill plug that will pull harmful ferrous metal particles out of your oil before damage occurs.

"Every work truck owner should upgrade some of their basic feature parts from stock. In this case, front and rear dif covers. Todays new style and designs provide for more fluid capacity and faster cooling. The PPE front dif cover for my 3500 dually gives me the confidence when you are asking your truck for performance."
Makes it easier to service your Ram
"Great way to make it easier to service your Ram truck if you tow like I do, and looks good too. Easy to install with detailed instructions with or without a lift. Without a lift place the jack with stand on the front driver's side frame rail, and lift till the center link clears the front differential. All of the torque specs were able to be done with a 3/8 torque wrench. I used a new Mopar gasket and Amsoil Severe Gear 75w-90 4qts front and 5qts rear differential for my application 2020 Ram 2500 6. 7 Diesel. Great product and most importantly great customer service. Thank y'all Diesel Power Products."

- Is there a gasket included?
- That cover does not come with a gasket, if you still have the OEM gasket installed those are re usable
- How many quarts of fluid is needed with the use of this cover?
- Stock capacity is 2.1 quarts (4.2 pints) PPE does not specify how many additional quarts over stock this cover is. Would recommend grabbing 4 quarts to be safe. -Mark
