‘25 LZ0 Duramax PPE Catch Can
"Finally got some miles on the truck. I installed the catch can immediately after purchasing the truck. Install was simple and straightforward. PPE could have included a 1/4 turn ball valve style to drain hose instead of a plug. First drain around 3200 miles was mostly water very little oil. Second drain was around 3500 miles again mostly water and maybe 1/2 once of oil. On second draining of the can, I cleaned the filter and check the outlet hose at the intercooler, I had a little oil risidue but no standing oil in the line. I would say it’s definitely doing its job. I would recommend emptying the can more often than waiting on every oil change seeing the amount of condensation that builds up."

"I like the purpose of this part, i wish the braket that goes around the filter housing was made better other than plastic. The only issue is there was no instructions sent with the package on the Joe to installation of the seperator or registration for any warrenty issues on this part."
