PPE 117000800 3" Stainless Down Pipe 17-25 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P
Description
Remove a giant restriction in your stock down pipe of your L5P and replace it with a smooth round, long lasting, 304 stainless steel down pipe. Spiral wrapped with titanium woven thread for superior heat control, held in place with a couple of stainless steel clamps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This downpipe connects to the DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) outlet flange. A 4 bolt flange is used to mate to the front pipe of the exhaust system (factory style).

- Do I need a tune after this is installed?
- No you do not need a tune or any other modifications with this downpipe.
- Do you notice any exhaust note change? Can you hear the turbo more or does it just help with being less restrictive?
- With all the emissions equipment on the vehicle you will not hear much sound change but that pipe is less restrictive.
- Does this fit cab and chassis trucks?
- These will not, they will only fit the 2500/3500 pickup applications.
- Will this fit 2022 L5P motors?
