The big 7-inch double convoluted bellow type air springs level your truck’s stance while providing added support for an overall smooth and safe ride. "Bought PacBrake Alpha HD 7500 rear air bag kit for my 2019 Ram 3500 dually. Took a little over a week to arrive. Arrived to late for me to install on the truck before heading out on a weekend camping trip. So Monday after work, broke everything out on the tailgate and noticed I was missing the upper mounting and axle brackets. So I called the number on the box and requested the missing parts. Almost two week later, I received a small package from the company and again laid everything out. I took a gander at the packing slip and noted that the mode of shipment was crossed out and ground was hand written in. Why? If a customer has purchased your goods and didn’t receive everything purchased, wouldn’t you think they would do everything in their power to make you a happy, loyal customer? Guess what? Wrong brackets were sent. So I called back the customer service, received another gentlemen. Conversation was somewhat condescending and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Told me he had to research the situation as he wasn’t the one who sent out the original replacement parts(no crap). After a few minutes later, he called back, he told me they were out of stock but will be back in stock Friday and they will overnight my parts. As of five minutes ago, still no correspondence as to whether or not the parts have shipped or what? And no delivery?"
