What is a track bar and what exactly does it do? In short, the track bar connects at the drivers side frame rail on one end and the passenger side axle on the other end, responsible for keeping the front axle square underneath the truck. And why exactly do you need to upgrade yours? Well, this could be for a couple of reasons. First, if you've leveled or lifted the front of your truck, due to triangulation, the axle will push further to the drivers side of the vehicle the taller the lift height without correction, actually causing your wheels and tires to stick out more on one side versus the other, and even potentially causing issues with your driveline, or simply looking strange. Kryptonite steering and suspension components are warrantied for life to their original purchaser. This warranty is against any manufacturer defects, premature wear or breakage. Race it, jump it, off road it, wreck it, lift it, I think you get it? They don't care. If you can break it, they'll will replace it. Warranty excludes heim joints.

Sturdy, but poor bushing design
"It does seem solid, and I like the fact that it's one piece where it connects to the axle (unlike the original Ready Lift design I had previously that broke). However, in my opinion, the bushing on the frame side is too large. No matter how much you torque the bolt down, it wont squeeze enough to prevent popping from the bar shifting during bumps or turning etc. I torqued to factory spec (~400ftlb), then increased to ~450, then ~500, I went even farther than this to the point where I was certain the bolt was going to break or strip the threads, but the results were the same. This also causes a terrible "shudder" after large bumps and even small bumps at high speeds. Additionally, since the frame side mount squeezes the actual rubber of the bushing instead of the metal insert, you get an awful squeaking noise when the suspension moves up and down. I went back to the newer design of the Ready Lift (Which they sent me for free when mine broke), was able to torque the bolt to factory spec, and have no issues with popping, squeaking, or vibrations. It was worth a shot, but not worth the money in my opinion."
