You pay for the bid from your preferred shop. The full amount is shown before you confirm — installers cannot add charges without your written consent. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
During bidding, shops see only your service ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, and the part SKU — not your name, email, or address. Only the shop you select receives your contact details after payment. We never sell your personal information.

"Bolt head snapped completely off one of the supposed Grade 8 bolts while installing. Never even reached the desired 90ft lb torque spec. Sent pictures and emails along with proof of purchase directly to Kryptonite and was ghosted after I told them the situation. Now, their phones lines wont take calls and no email response. I guess that lifetime warranty is just make believe now. Be mindful when ordering their stuff now."

"These were a good replacement for my aging and beat up factory cam bolts. My only negative is somebody at Kryptonite sent it a little too hard when dimpling one of the nuts to make it a lock nut, and it started flattening the threads of the cam bolts really badly. I spent about 45 minutes cleaning up and reshaping the threads on the cam bolt and reducing how aggressive the locking notches are before I could get it to thread back on without destroying the whole cam bolt. I’m a little surprised these have locator pin tracks versus drilled holes like another brand I considered getting, but after a couple of weeks of driving after lifting the truck and a whole bunch of other parts replaced too, they seem to be holding position okay. Time will tell."
