The EGR cooler in your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is designed to cool EGR gas before it gets reintroduced into the engine. Over time your cooler can crack and allow for exhaust gas to pressurize the cooling system or coolant can make its way into the turbo and exhaust system leading to other failures. This new replacement EGR cooler from Grizzly will restore proper operation of your trucks EGR system.
