- I received this part but noticed there are no o-rings for the pipe thread side. I need to source these myself? I don’t see how the will seal without the o-ring to turbo or oil filter housing. Any info please?
- Hello, pipe thread is tapered. It seals when you thread it in to the turbo. Install the oil feed fitting into the turbocharger with a light amount of thread sealant. Prior to installing the fitting, pre-oil the turbo by adding a small amount of oil to the oil feed port. This is a tapered fitting, do not overtighten fitting, it will lead to cracked CHRA.
