Description
Upgrade your fuel system with the Fleece Performance SureFlo Sending Unit, designed for 1999 - 2007 Ford 7.3L / 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. This unit is the ideal solution if you’re dealing with a malfunctioning fuel level sender or seeking to run a lift pump and custom fuel lines directly to the tank. The SureFlo is a drop-in replacement designed to work seamlessly with both OE and aftermarket lift pumps. Featuring factory-style quick-connect fittings, it easily adapts to your stock fuel lines at the tank for a clean installation. Unlike stock fuel senders or draw straw set-ups that use only a pickup tube, the SureFlo draws fuel from and returns it to the bucket assembly at the base of the unit, preventing air from entering your fuel system and eliminating the common ¼ tank issues. One-way check valves also ensure easy fuel flow, even at low levels. With OEM style fitment, the SureFlo requires no cutting or drilling, and it includes new electronics and a fuel float for accurate fuel level readings. Constructed with a heavy-duty billet aluminum cap, this unit is built for long-lasting durability. Universal -8 AN ports allow for custom fuel line connections, while a new flange O-ring provides a tight, secure, leak free fit. The SureFlo Sending Unit is available for both short bed and long bed models; however, it is not compatible with Cab and Chassis applications. Choose the Fleece Performance SureFlo for dependable performance, precise fitment, and seamless custom fuel setup options for your Powerstroke. Important Note: Does not fit Cab and Chassis applications.

Decent

"This product is not a direct fit like advertised. Had to trim the fuel tank in my 07 f250 for this unit to work. Called the tech support line, and was basically told to trim the tank or buy a new tank. The sending unit functions well, but the fitment is garbage…"

Sending unit is leaking fuel

"Sending unit is leaking fuel at the top of the unit around the O-rings and truck will not run correctly. I’ve already spoken with fleece and they sent me new ones and the O-rings are still mushrooming out, and still having the same issue. Still dealing with fleece to resolve this issue. Truck is currently running with the factory sending unit."

Q&A

What is the wheel base for short bed there’s like 5diffrent wheel base for 2004 f250 6.0
Cab configuration will not matter, just having to choose whether the truck is a long bed or short bed.
Will this work on a 2000 excursion ?
No, this unit is for F250/F350 tanks and won't fit the 2000 Excursion's fuel tank.
