This all depends on the horsepower of your truck. 100 GPH- This is for stock up to 600hp.  If you haven't done any aftermarket changes or very minimal ones to increase power this is the one you want. 165 GPH- This is for 600hp to 1000hp. 250 GPH- This is for 900hp to 1200hp. 290 GPH- This is for 1200hp to 1500hp.
