I've had a few issues

Would this fit my 2003 gmc sierra 2500 hd 6.6L? Im interested in buying this.
Yes, this will fit that truck, it will be a plug n' play system with tunes ready for install.
I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado lbz, I had it tune once before but back in 2020 I went thru a smog check point and the state made me untune it back to stock mode and now it’ll go into a limp mode and drop out of drive. I would have to pull over turn the truck off and reset the computer and drop it down to manual mode and drive it that way? What could fix this problem
Not sure which programmer you were running, but more than likely the file it loaded back into your truck as a "stock" file was corrupt. If you still have the programmer, I'd recommend reinstalling it, temporarily driving it to confirm if the problem persists, then loading it back in. Otherwise, you could have a GM dealer load a stock file back in, or go with a programmer such as this Edge Evolution to reload, all presuming that its not just a coincidence that this truck is going into limp mode immediately following returning it. Otherwise, other common reasons this can happen are due to a lack of fuel pressure. Do you get any check engine lights when this happens, and if so, what are they?
Will this allow a manual/ forced regen?
The CTS3 device itself should be able to do force regen.
Does this unit allow for switching tunes on the fly? Also, my LB7 comes factory with now egr or def are these tunes still recommended with that in mind?
The tuning that is preloaded on this device does not allow for shift on the fly. For that you would need custom tuning, and the add-on SOTF cable depending on the year of truck it is for.
i have a 2016 that has gone into limp mode because of the EGR valve, i want to do a delete on the valve. will i be able to remove the truck from limp mode with this unit
