Product Was just as described

"Not impressed with it at all. Trips numerous codes on my 2018 that I've never seen before. Does have a little more power but also with that comes some smoke out the exhaust. Not a fan of that as well as it gets on the trailers I haul. Thought bybthe reviews it might get me better mileage but really didn't notice much improvement. Just not for a working truck I guess with 400,000+ miles . First trip to Florida from Michigan pulling a Camper and it tripped codes on every hill just in #2 mode. #3-4 mode was way to much smoke for my taste. And regen was at less than 250 mile intervals. Took it off for the next trip and no codes tripped as usual operation pulling a unit and regen was back to 600 mile intervals. Dash screen is nice I'll keep that but the pulsar is headed to some kid owner to put on daddy's truck as soon as I box it up, LOL"

"Something faulty in the pulsar I bought. Dealt with edge personnel for two days and nothing but install and take out, and repeat. Had to have dealer clear 55 codes from ecm, couldn’t clear with pulsar installed so short is in pulsar. Edge quit replying to my emails about warranty to fix their product, and diesel power can’t do anything to help. Was told by edge to sell bad programmer on marketplace! Never another dollar from me."

Q&A

If the truck does not have a DEF system, will this product work with that?
This product can only be used in conjunction with vehicles with an intact and operational emissions system, including the DEF system.
Is this guaranteed not to mess up my truck as long as it is installed by a professional?
With the benefits of running the Edge and the amount of people that are using it we have yet to see a failure directly caused by the pulsar. -Mark
