Description

Replace your worn or corroded factory cables in your Ford 6.4L Powerstroke with this complete set from Custom Battery Cables. These cables are built from 2/0 (“two-aught”) cable for the starter and engine block grounds and tin plated copper terminals. To prevent corrosion from the battery’s acidic fumes, we crimp the terminals with a 12-ton hydraulic crimper then seal the connection with adhesive lined heat shrink. Cables are shipped with anti-corrosion battery washers, military-style battery terminals with “Nylox” style lock nuts. IMPORTANT NOTE: Depending on the starter on your truck, you may have a 90 degree lug or a straight lug style. The stock OE starters have a 90 degree bend, whereas a Denso style "High-Torque" aftermarket starter would require a straight lug at the starter.
