The crankshaft position sensor is responsible for communicating the position of the crankshaft to the ECM. When this sensor fails it usually will not allow you to start the engine. Replace your failed crankshaft position sensor with a genuine Cummins Replacement Crankshaft Position Sensor. This sensor is a direct replacement and is designed to meet or exceed factory specifications.
