Description
Do you like coolant leaks? Well, it is good for making sure you've always got fresh coolant since you're constantly having to add, so that's a good thing. Okay, yeah, didn't think so. One of the most problematic areas on the 7.3 Powerstrokes is from the thermostat housing leaking coolant. They are made from a thin press formed sheet metal that rusts, pits, and gets deformed by the bolts.  To fix the issue Beans Diesel has machined a new piece from 6061 aluminum.  This allows for a nice thick flange that will not flex or bend and also is much less susceptible to corrosion than steel.

About Beans Diesel | Bean Machine
Ryan Bean first officially opened the doors to Beans Diesel in 2004 in Woodbury, Tennessee in an effort to build high quality components for Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax powered trucks. As the catalog of products developed for Beans Diesel, they also expanded into Beans Machine where they produce an assortment of custom machined products, including valve covers, dual CP3 pulleys, tappet covers, and much more. If you're looking for quality components to either dress up your engine bay or provide additional performance (or both!), you can count on Beans Diesel Performance and Beans Machine.
